Vellum Butterfly

Hello blog world, welcome to my little corner of the world.  Today's card is my take on the sketch challenge over on Card Patterns I used paper from a gorgeous stack called The French Country from DCWV. I love all the soft colors.of these papers.
I also wanted to try my hand at making faux lace with vellum.  I think it came out quite well.  I used pearls in my Birthday card design so I was able to enter into the challenge on Bitten by the Bug 2.  Which is to use pearls on a birthday card...ta da!
